Consumers Energy 2024 Clean Energy RFP

Consumers Energy Company (“Consumers Energy” or the “Company”) will seek competitive bids in response to a Request for Proposals (“RFP”) from participants in the Midcontinent Independent System Operator (“MISO”) Energy Market, Local Resource Zones 1-7, in accordance with the Company’s expansion of the Voluntary Green Pricing (“VGP”) Program and to support the Company’s future supply needs. Enel X Advisory Services North America, Inc. (“Enel X”) will administer the solicitation through its solicitation website on Consumers Energy's behalf in accordance with this forthcoming RFP. With this RFP, Consumers Energy will solicit proposals for clean generation (including storage) projects as will be described more fully in the draft RFP package which is accessible through the below link:

The Company has also now set a date and time for its virtual Pre-RFP Stakeholder Meeting of June 3, 2024, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM EPT. In advance of the Pre-RFP Stakeholder Meeting, questions, comments, and other feedback or recommendations pertaining to this RFP or the proposal submittal process can be sent via email to Enel X by way of consumerscleanrfp@enel.com.

Consumers Energy 2024 Company's Solar RFP

Consumers Energy Company (“Consumers Energy” or the “Company”) will seek competitive bids in response to a Request for Proposals (“RFP”) from participants in the MISO Energy Market in accordance with the Company’s Proposed Course of Action in its Integrated Resource Plan.  Enel X Advisory Services North America, Inc., (“Enel X”) will administer the solicitation process through its solicitation website (“Solicitation Website”) on Consumers Energy's behalf in accordance with this forthcoming RFP.  With this RFP, Consumers Energy will seek proposals for solar generation projects.  Projects will be described more fully in the RFP on the Solicitation Website.
