A Customer Care Representative will be the first person you talk to about your project. To begin your job, call 800-477-5050. You'll get a notification number, which you’ll need during the process.


Energy Resource Center

Initial Phase

Shortly after your first call, the Energy Resource Center will call you back to get more details.This is so we can submit your job to the correct work group.


Project Coordinator

Scoping - Closeout Phases

Your Project Coordinator will be in touch during many of the phases of your project. They will begin by asking detailed questions that will allow your service to be tailored to your needs. This ensures a proper fit into your area's energy infrastructure.


Service Designer

Design Phase

During the design phase the infrastructure around your property is reviewed. This allows us to identify the route for your installation. It will also help you figure out the size of the service needed, and order needed components.


Property Rights Research

Prerequisite Phase

During this phase, property rights researchers identify the permits, easements, and Right of Ways needed to install and to maintain your service.

Scheduling Phase
