We Can Calibrate That
Calibration is a process involving the relationship between values of quantities indicated by a measuring instrument and a reference standard. It ensures the integrity and performance of your instruments, whether they’re large or small.
We’ve been calibrating instruments for decades. Over time we have found new and better ways to make your products run better. Because when your equipment runs better, it allows your operations to run more smoothly. We provide electrical, metallurgical, calibration and non-destructive testing for the utility industry. We’ve even branched out to commercial and industrial clients around the country.
Instrument testing is done both in-house and on-site. We calibrate to manufacturers’ tolerances or tailor it to your customized requirements. The goal is always to minimize down time while maximizing calibration confidence and client satisfaction. If we’re unable to calibrate or repair your equipment, we’ll arrange to subcontract equipment from among our approved suppliers. We’ll even pick up and deliver to most businesses with specific quantities and within a geographical location (i.e., the Midwest).
We are accredited by the American Association for Laboratory Accreditation (A2LA).

A World Leader in Smart Grid Testing
Our lab is the first in the country to be authorized to test synchrophaser devices for the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers Standards Association (IEEE-SA) IEE C37.118.1a-2014. The Smart Grid Devices are about 100 times faster than the traditional grid measurement systems. This means grid operators can have realtime access to information needed to keep electricity flowing to homes and businesses. This information translates into more reliability, more efficiencies and more satisfied customers. We’re one of only a few companies in the world authorized to do this work. Let us put our knowledge to work for your company.
